Samuel Thomson's "Natural" Botanic Medicine

Samuel Thomson’s multi-level marketing system made his botanical cures especially popular and profitable in the first half of the nineteenth century. Subscribers to his system could purchase the medicines for their own use as well as become agents to sell his books and products.
